What types of AI platforms does LN Tech build?

LN Tech specializes in AI platforms that require engineering rigor beyond a simple API wrapper. Our work spans three main categories: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, LLM-powered agents, and AI-enhanced automation platforms.

RAG systems: We built Meghdoot, a diplomatic RAG agent for the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. It retrieves answers exclusively from verified government sources, ensuring IFS diplomatic officers get accurate, citable responses without hallucination. This required a custom vector database pipeline, government source ingestion, and strict retrieval filtering.

LLM-powered agents: Our AI HR Interview Agent conducts real-time candidate assessments using resume data and conversational signals. It asks follow-up questions, evaluates answers, and generates structured evaluation reports — reducing manual screening time significantly. The AlgoPlex research platform, developed in partnership with Prof. Michael Ostrovsky at Stanford, explores ad-ranking mechanisms specifically designed for LLM-generated content.

AI-enhanced automation: Our multi-channel broadcast platform serves 6,000+ users and uses intelligent message routing and scheduling, with automation logic that handles 45+ organizations' distinct requirements.
