Multi-Channel Broadcast Platform

The Problem

A network of 45+ organizations needed a coordinated way to reach their members via WhatsApp — but each organization had different message templates, scheduling requirements, compliance constraints, and admin hierarchies. Managing this manually meant constant coordination overhead, missed messages, and no visibility into delivery or engagement. Existing broadcast tools were single-organization only and couldn't handle the multi-tenant coordination required.

The Solution

We built a multi-tenant WhatsApp broadcast platform with a centralized scheduling engine and per-organization configuration. Each organization manages its own groups, templates, and sending schedules through a self-service dashboard, while a shared infrastructure layer handles WhatsApp Business API compliance, rate limiting, and delivery tracking. The platform supports 200+ groups with independent message routing, ensuring organizations don't interfere with each other while sharing infrastructure costs.
